By accessing or using Compound OS (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy and Investment & AI Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Compound OS is a software workspace that lets you organize portfolio holdings, view market data, maintain watchlists, and generate AI-assisted research and portfolio briefings for educational and informational purposes.

The Service and all content it produces are provided solely for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing in the Service is intended to be, and nothing should be construed as, personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

Compound OS is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, tax adviser, or legal adviser, and is not registered with or licensed by any financial regulatory authority. The Service does not create a fiduciary or advisory relationship of any kind between you and Compound OS.

The Service does not provide personalized investment recommendations and does not take into account your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction. You should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Investing involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets can be volatile, and the value of investments can go down as well as up. You accept all risks associated with your use of the Service and any decisions you make.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scores, risk assessments, summaries, research, and other outputs. AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect conclusions.

You must independently verify any AI-generated output before relying on it. Do not treat AI output as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Market data, quotes, fundamentals, and news are obtained from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Compound OS does not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of any data and is not responsible for third-party data or its use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the portfolio and holdings information you enter or upload. The quality of any analysis depends on the information you provide, and Compound OS is not responsible for outputs derived from inaccurate or incomplete inputs.

Certain features are offered through paid subscription plans. By purchasing a paid plan (such as Pro), you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

• Pro subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis until canceled.
• Fees are billed in advance for each billing period and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.
• You may cancel at any time through the subscription-management customer portal available in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices and plan features may change; we will provide notice of material changes as required.

Compound OS makes no guarantee of any investment performance, returns, profits, or outcomes. We also do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data or content except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Compound OS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. The portfolio data you provide remains yours.

The Service relies on third-party providers for functions such as market data, payment processing, hosting, and AI processing. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Compound OS does not warrant that the Service or any content, data, or output is accurate, reliable, or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compound OS and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compound OS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
